CHARTER EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK

Charter Manufacturing Company is a family-owned steel and iron manufacturing business based in Milwaukee, WI. Made up of four individual companies, this 65 page employee handbook was designed to function for each of them, while illustrating Charter's highly-valued and unifying vision statement, "One Family. One Team."

Charter does not have documented brand standards, so color scheme and typography were determined by what we had previously established on earlier Charter projects. Pages vary from primarily white to flood orange or grey. In addition to being a consistent design theme, photography is used throughout in a variety of ways to represent the people and environment that Charter values.
